1. Services Offered : Aarya Interiors provides online-only interior design services, including:

• 2D and 3D design plans.

Material lists and measurements based on client-provided floor plans.

• Virtual consultations and design advice.

• We do not provide:

• On-site visits or physical execution of designs.

• Contractor services (clients must hire their own contractors).

2. Payment Terms : Payment must be made in full or as per the agreed advance before the start of any project. Payments are non-refundable once the project begins.

3. No Refund Policy : No refunds will be issued for any service rendered, regardless of project completion or dissatisfaction after work has commenced.

4. Client Responsibilities : Clients are required to provide accurate measurements, floor plans, and details for their space. Any inaccuracies in the information provided by the client may result in errors in the design, for which Aarya Interiors will not be held responsible.

5. Design Revisions : Limited revisions are included as per the agreement at the project’s start. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, as determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property Rights : All designs, plans, and material lists created by Aarya Interiors are the intellectual property of Aarya Interiors. Clients may use the designs only for personal projects. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing designs is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability : Aarya Interiors is not liable for issues arising during the execution of designs by third-party contractors. We are not responsible for material unavailability, delays, or deviations in execution.

8. Confidentiality : Client information and designs will be handled with confidentiality.Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of designs and not share them with unauthorized third parties.

9. Changes to Terms : Aarya Interiors reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
